SHAI joined several houses of worship and UJA for the second annual Martin Luther King Day of Service for high school students. The program included interactive learning and discussion of identity facilitated by Anti-Racism and Anti-Bias Trainer Yehudah Webster, who is a Jew of Color and founder of the Jew of Color Torah Academy. The teens also packed three bags each of toiletries, food staples, and art supplies for every family with a child enrolled at the Great Neck Manhasset EOC Head Start. Kosher lunch and dessert were served.
