Monday Classes at the Senior Center

The Senior Center has had the pleasure of hosting new Monday classes with Claudine Amirian. The class combines qi gong stretching, gentle lymphatic movements, positive meditation, and elements of Persian dance. These sessions support healthy circulation, improve flexibility, and help uplift both mood and morale. Just as meaningful is the sense of connection we share—our time together is filled with warmth, laughter, and mutual enjoyment.

We also incorporate the spirit of the holidays into our classes. For example, in honor of Tu B’Shevat, we introduced movements inspired by trees, creating a meaningful connection between nature, tradition, and mindful movement. Class participants have a tremendous zest for life and are determined to move in any way they can.
