On Sunday morning, December 3rd, our SHAI Young Families division and the Moise Safra Center had our annual Chanukah Chessed Drive for the children of Chai Lifeline in Israel and locally. Participants wrote cards and wrapped over 300 presents. There were Chanukah cookies to decorate, Israeli necklaces and bracelets to make, a photo booth for the children to enjoy, and dairy lunch from Saba’s Pizza. It was a wonderful day of engagement and chessed as our SHAI families gave support to local families in need and our brothers and sisters in Israel, while enjoying celebrating Chanukah together.
