On November 14th, hundreds of thousands of Jews from across the United States of America boarded planes, buses, trains, cars, and bicycles to get to Capitol Hill and the Great Lawn in support and solidarity for Israel. Hundreds of Persian Jews and our allies from the Long Island, New York region were among those there to be counted. It was a somber and majestic day for American and Israeli Jewry. Every politician, not for profit and clergy leader of note addressed the assembled crowd as we freshly grieved October 7th and repeatedly vowed, “Am Israel Chai, God Bless America, God Bless Israel.”
